I've seen a commercial for it, and if that's the same as seeing a movie, then yes I have seen The Belko Experiment.

As an immoral atheist I agree with whatever hard and apparent evil decision the protagonist had to make and support the experiment to eliminate as many people in offices as possible. If you ask me, they didn't go far enough with whatever plan I'm sure they have.
