The first batch of
mayoatnaise is made. But it's a very sad creation. It tastes okay. You know, exactly like what you'd think oat milk, olive oil, dijon mustard and some spices might taste like. But it's more of a thick soup than a spreadable cream. At least now I know, or suspect, how to adjust the proportions.
