Christmas Up Your Avatar
I went for a new Santa this year. I'm quite happy with him despite the fact that he stays in frame instead of looping logically.
I'm also psyched to see some traditional Christmas avatars back, like Crumb's Simpsons one and vm's totally irresistible Rudolph.
If you would like a Christmas avatar but can't find anything or need help making your vision come to life, say the word and we'll see what the lot of us can scare up.

Re: Christmas Up Your Avatar
I would love to have a Santa hat on the mantis in my avatar, but I don't know if I have the MS Paint skillz to do that properly.

Re: Christmas Up Your Avatar
I like your new Santa. I love the sparklies underneath the sleigh.
Oh, and of course, I'm also replying so that everybody gets to see my Pepe Christmas avatar.

So...I got my bad Santa up and then noticed yours, liv.
I have to ask...
Is that greenhouse gases your reindeer is producing? The sleigh is riding on a cloud of methane produced by the bloated reindeer? Is that what that is? If not, what are those light yellow-greenish bubble-like things emitted by the reindeer?

I was just decorating my bat when you mentioned it. I like your new santa, liv, love the sparkles. How many eyes does he have? Looks like 4.

I zoomed in with MS Picture Viewer, and it looks like two to me.

I couldn't bear to make Emperor Kuzco all Yule-y, so I fell back on last year's standby. Eeyore is my other Disney totem.

Re: Christmas Up Your Avatar
I was looking for the snoopy with snow and Christmas tree at first, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Do you know where I can get it again?

Re: Christmas Up Your Avatar
I have no skillz in this area at all. Please suggest how to make kick-dancing monkey Christmas-friendly. Could he wear a Santa hat? Or have a Christmas border?
How do y'all learn how to do this stuff?

Thank you! I totally love your bat, btw, seasonally adorned or no. Did you draw it yourself?

mad, leet skills. And Photoshop/ImageReady. Once you see the different parts of an animated gif, it's pretty easy to modify it frame by frame. An animated gif is just a series of still images, with some sort of command that tells it how fast to go, and whether to cycle or not.

Oh, no. Scanned from an old clip art book of engravings.

As long as you're okay with the fact that you're not allowed to eat Christmas snow. It's illegal.

Oh, hmm.... Let me look and see, Crumbles.
Lees, Sharon, you both get a for the awesomeness of your Christmas classics.
And another for Stormy and ShottleBop for your new and exciting Christmahannukwanicah coolness.
