So maybe Giuliani shouldn't accuse Freeman and Moss of unproven election tampering during and after the trial where he admitted that he was falsely accusing Freeman and Moss of election tampering.

The new lawsuit points to comments the former New York City mayor made during and after the damages trial last week, repeating the baseless conspiracy theories about Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss.

Those statements “make clear that he intends to persist in his campaign of targeted defamation and harassment. It must stop,” attorneys for the mother and daughter wrote in court documents.

He deserves no less.

So the judge has already dissolved the basically-automatic 30-day stay to give time for an appeal, probably because there's no way Rudy's getting anyone to post a bond for $148M, and also he continues doing the defaming.

In an expected move, America's Mayor files for bankruptcy. I'm informed this doesn't alleviate any of the $148 million he owes to the people he so cruelly defamed.

I tried really hard to get Dall-E to create a parody of "Silver Linings Playbook" movie poster but with "Drunken Fascist Playbook" instead, even trying "Silly Fascist Playbook", "Drunken Fashist Playbook", etc., but it is a violation of their content policy to "make light of" substance abuse and politics. The big advantages of a bankruptcy filing, I'm told, are (1) can create additional hassle and delay for the victims, (2) if in fact he loses a great deal of money to the judgment, even though that can't be discharged in bankruptcy, it could prevent him from paying other debts, which maybe can be discharged.

If I had a $148 million judgement against me, I'm sure I would file for bankruptcy too.

Giuliani's trial and Alex Jones' trials all went down in more or less the same way: They fuck around with discovery, actively defying court orders and eventually getting a default judgement. They complain during the damages portion of the trial that they aren't able to defend themselves in court. They also continue to maliciously defame the people they maliciously defamed in the first place during the trial. Then they file for bankruptcy and pretend they can't afford the judgement against them.

It just seems like the similarities imply a playbook only terrible people would use.
