Chapter Seven: Protists and Animal Origins:

Protists and Animal Origins:
Animals evolved from ancestors that, were they alive today, would certainly be classified as members of the Kingdom Protista. So before we begin to discuss animal diversity in earnest, perhaps a brief discussion of protist diversity is in order.

OK, here's the thing.

I'm reading through this whole series, but I'm using (and printing out) the printable version. But, the embedded pictures do not appear in the printable version, at least for me. They only appear in the "non-printable" version which, while it can be printed, requires printing each page page individually because they are broken up into multiple pages.

I don't want to be an ungrateful pain in the arse, but is there any way the pictures can be embedded in the printable version? :chin:

Hope you're enjoying it!

I'm afraid I can't answer your question. Sounds like a job for an administrator!

Would it be possible to copy the document into a Word file, copying the pictures as well? That should work, I would think, and would allow you to format it as you like.

Well, I could do that, I suppose, or for that matter, print out each individual page. But the point of the printable version is not to have to go from page to page to print them, or copy them. So ideally the images should be embeded in the printable version.

It's very good, I've finished all the chapters so far. Keep them coming!
