The Internet needed a Turkish timecube, and our friend Solzhenitsof met the need. Thank goodness he found us here at .

You were a little too honest. If you just ignored or missed my question, I'd have asked it again. You specifically told me you had no intention of engaging me or anyone in conversation about your own topic.
I thought honesty was a virtue...*shrug*...I promise to be 'other than' from now on.

As I say: direct me to thread and post(s) in question (so I can see the context) and I'll see what I can do.

"That's the problem, not your lack of answer."
Really? then why did you post this...
"I reviewed your posting history and find myself still waiting on the last question I asked you. So I don't think there's any point in honestly engaging you."
...up-thread?
Seems to me: you wanted an answer to a question.
Mebbe, you're just demonstrating how to be 'other than [honest]'.
Re: What should a community/nation/state (government) provide for citizens?
One way to be 'other than [honest]' would be to post a thread asking for particular types of responses and then ignoring the one response that actually did what you asked...
Re: What should a community/nation/state (government) provide for citizens?
See, this is a thing that happens here a lot. We have had any number of drive-by crackpots and edgelords who come around, post some vague demand for opinions in the form of a weird push poll or something, in apparent hope that we're going to fall into some poorly constructed 'trap' or something. But everyone who does this falls somewhere along the crazy - stupid spectrum, so they usually get mad that we're not following their script.
It's like you're popping in demanding we hold your dick while you ejaculate on this topic and that.
Ejaculate on whatever you like, but don't go having tantrums because we're not falling all over ourselves to role play for you.
Please, someone find me that thing where someone, I think Jonathan Edwards, writes about walking around in the woods ejaculating on this and that. I wanted to quote it exactly, but for some unfathomable reason, it is difficult to locate it using internet search engines.

You read sumthin' into my request that isn't there: that's on you.
It seems a discussion is kind of implied, but ok.

I mean most western nations do pretty good in providing these things for most people. But we seem struggle to get them to people who don't have money. A lot of folks don't like to provide resources to those who don't have money, even when we have enough of the resources to go around.

Clean water for an easy one, and probably internet access.
Re: What should a community/nation/state (government) provide for citizens?
To recap, we have thus far conclusively established that a community/nation/state (government) ought to provide all the following for citizens:
police
courts
military
roads
fire protection
education
retirement insurance
unemployment insurance
universal healthcare
food
housing
clothing
energy
cuck-free environment
racial purity
firearm vouchers
sexual access to femoids ≥ 8 on a 10 point scale
men's rights
debtors' prisons
AMERICA
nada (i.e., swimming lessons)
double birth control
death control
nada (i.e., "need" or "necessity")
birth panels
pony
validation
safe places
pillows
bimbo (i.e., intellectually incurious) sex slaves
whiskey
clean water
internet access
Red Rider BB Gun
weed
Faygo
fuckin' magnets
fourth husbands (continence and cooking skills required; proficient in cunnilingus and/or salami-hiding)
All that is established beyond rational dispute. Does anyone have anything to add before I send the LIST! to the city council of Juggalonia?
