Health care reform: (H.R. 3962)

My congresscritter emailed me crowing about the recently introduced HR3962, which he called the "Affordable Health Care for America Act."

Ignoring that he was about to wet himself over this thing, I didn't get a really good idea what this sucker includes...Does anyone have a credible review?

It's really difficult to find an unbiased summary of this. I've not been successful yet. Here is some stuff I've been reading tonight:
