Ok, so they supposedly found the attacker's ID as these things go...

And now he has been shot in Milan and we won't ever find out what happened as these things go...

Not one for conspiracy theories, but the ID's that always show up at the crime scene are starting to be a bit ridiculous.

Remember how they found one of the 911 plane hijackers' passports just lying in a street in Manhattan before the towers even collapsed? So the passport had somehow been blown out of the plane and the burning building and then floated down to the ground unharmed.

Not only that, but it stood out enough amongst any other debris (presumably including passports from other passengers?) so that it was quickly seen and picked up.

It's not completely strange that someone who boarded knowing they weren't settling down to a long flight and was up and about when the plane hit also wouldnt store their passport away like everyone else. Or that it would escape a fire considering the cockpit hit first and doesnt contain any fuel.

Free travel in the EU means keeping your ID with you at all times, no? And we all know how tiny Europe is. They probably had a few train stops before Germany before they had an opportunity to ditch their ID.
