I smacked the side of his truck while on my bike and, having flown through the passenger-side window, I cleaned his clock pretty good.

The bicyclist here who tried that hit the truck door dead on, in the middle of the intersection. The bicyclist blew the red light and t-boned that truck door, vaulting him headfirst into the side of the truck with the green light. The bicyclist went to the Hill for trauma and intensive care. The bicycle had an empty child chair attached.

It's been nuts all around, here. IIRC, that happened the day before the motorist ran down a complaining bicyclist and drove a couple of blocks with him clinging to the windshield wipers.

Yes, the bicyclist that hit the truck has a three year old daughter who is wondering why her daddy is sleeping in the hospital. There was a donation cup at the kids place I trade clothes at telling more details.
He wasn't wearing a helmet.

It was about half a block from my office and I was there that day. The passenger of the truck looked fairly traumatized too.
