Default "Absolutely."

I don't want to hear this word anymore. I also don't want to hear "on the ground," "at the end of the day," and "going forward." Am I fed up with these expressions? Ab-so-lutely.

I say 'absolutely' and 'going forward' a lot.

Am I ashamed? Absolutely. I'll try to minimize my use going forward.

I've been annoying myself by using "outstanding" too much. It's all Judd Nelson's fault.

I'll go the Bob Stoops route* and stick with "Certainly".

Certainly.

*OU fans will know what I'm talking about.

Absolutely nothing, Crumb. I mean, at the end of the day, basically, it's only a word.

Well, I ascertain that the use of words like absolutely and going forward can only allow you to ascertain so much, and that others might ascertain on the ground that other phrases hold little meaning if used repeatedly I ascertain that by the end of the day we will have removed all meaning from everything we ascertain that we are trying to say.

What we need is a new paradigm, some fresh verbage on our linguistic matrices.

I've been sickening myself lately with the usage of "fantabulous," and on occasion, "uber-fantabulous." I am ashamed.

As a result of watching 'A Night at the Roxbury', I overuse 'sweet ass!' (though not, oddly, sweet-ass sweet!). I'll try to do better.
