Re: Transformers Mafia - Peanut Gallery
I can only reiterate what I said in the other thread; Fucking mad game Megatron.
We were lucky, really lucky. If Lees hadn't pulled out we may not have hammered her and we would have had a cult leader and a cult cop with nfi what he was doing. Kael viewing slim was good planning and luck. Gonzo trying to save slim was bad planning, but understandable. What were you thinking Gonzo, as you watched Adam stitch slim up? Did you have an idea what Adam was doing?
Hell of a game. Very well played town, 4/4 on lynch.

Lees' fate was sealed before her resignation, I think. I doubt she could have talked her way out of that hammer.

Re: Transformers Mafia - Peanut Gallery
Until earlier this week I had no idea who was who. I was along for the ride and I couldn't even guess who was or was not scum. Every day I'd be reading and I'd fos (mentally at least) just about everybody. It was a pretty good set up (random my ass I still say) and very well played. Whether or not anyone really got their scumdar calibrated, it was amazing to see no townie lynches. Especially the way Adam the Cock was playing.

Re: Transformers Mafia - Peanut Gallery
The game was designed to go faster, really - I didn't see it making 4 days. Either the cult was going to become strong fast or not at all.
Grim-vig-SK was supposed to cause a lot of havoc and, honestly, in retrospect I should have made it compulsory for her to kill EVERY NIGHT. It fit the flavor better AND would have caused the disruption I wanted.
I'm surprised Crumb never took on a role... especially when he had the chance to take Grimlock.

Or given Grim night kill immunity. . .
Actually, I was shocked that he didn't take it either. Or perhaps, he didn't have the chance.

If you'd have become a SK, you'd have become immune to liv's NK
But actually, I had considered making the SK version nightkill immune, but definitely not the vig, that's just too powerful.
I played a NK immune vig once (Worf in a Star Trek theme game, actually) and if the dumbasses hadn't lynched me I could have ruined the scum big time.

Re: Transformers Mafia - Peanut Gallery
I wanted to ask about my target slim, end up loosing immediately thing. If I had targeted him, and failed to kill him because of his immunity, would I have become SK? Or would it have been a wash, and a town win?
Also, why out of all the townies, did slim pick me to kill? Why not bey? Or Crumb? Or dl? I was surprised as all hell about that. I guess I have more cred than I supposed.
I'll say it again though, it was a bitchin' game. I wish I'd been around for more of it.

Aww, I'd never try to kill you, Demi baby. Contra would tear my esophagus out through my bowels if I did.
Oh! Oh! That reminds me of another thing that made me seethe! When y'all were ironing out the nolynch day and Adam self-voted like the lizard on a rock in the sun that he is, then it occurred to him that there might be a cardflip involved in the nolynch sacrificial party and suddenly he was all "perhaps Megamod should weigh in on this" and none of you guys called him out on it! I was like Jesus fuck if he is who he says is, why would the prospect of a cardflip require GM intervention to settle?

Re: Transformers Mafia - Peanut Gallery
Likewise liv. No lynch day was frustrating as hell to watch. Not because it was a bad idea. It was a great idea, but because everyone stopped scum hunting while it was going on. And Adam was all ingratiating himself and I was like argh!
I was spitting nails when the Demi-shot-at-liv-but-it-backfired-crap was going around.

Yeah, that would have been the shit. Maybe tack on a Miller view for the investigator?
Actually, speaking of: since dl, bey, and JA were on me like stink on shit I doubt that would have mattered. Even with both dl and bey investigating me night one, it wouldn't have proved me innocent, just not cult or Megatron. So they still would have been on me. I hedged my bets and went out town. But I still wish I could have gotten off a shot. Slim wouldn't have flinched and I had no idea at that point of looking at Adam or Gonzo. So I'm glad I didn't.

You were pretty freaking awesome yourself girl! I was scared as hell of you even if you were autobot.
Adam. Did it ever cross your mind that she might have been a traitor? Anyone?
I don't think anyone wanted to touch you.
Again. You played awesomely!

Not traitor, no, but I had her at 50/50 for being an indy survivor.
