Every time I see the title of this thread when browsing, it makes me giggle.
FX is very mad that Musk, despite being the richest individual in the world, can't actually bully the most valuable company in the world into doing whatever he wants. Musk's $200 billion isn't enough to buy a company worth over $2 trillion.
As for the many legitimate complaints to have about Apple, well, we have had plenty of discussions of those. But we know that's not what makes you mad about Tim Cook, because you don't give a shit about these issues except when attacking people who are your enemies for other reasons.
I would certainly be interested in hearing any of FX's evidence that Musk cares any more about workers' rights in China or elsewhere than Apple does.
I mean, maybe I'll be surprised, but I doubt that a union-buster whose companies are accused of discriminating against black employees and putting them all in one department they call the "plantation" ( Reuters story about the lawsuit) is some kind of champion of the oppressed. But you're welcome to find us some articles about Tesla's stellar labor record in their Chinese operations.
