MZ you need to go sit in the "I can't read Diva worth shit group". You always think I look scummy.
Really fantastic playing, I don't think that I have ever seen you play so aggressive!

Mantis, you have the highest scum to town flips if anyone I play with. By a long way . Compare that to raven's. I think that must be really tough.

I missed this post earlier... and yes! to all points I'm not sure how much i like the longer days. It has its ups and downs i guess. It's nice to have that time span and not worry that you're going to miss the day... but it can also seem very long and drawn out (especially if you're scum)
|
idk lyrical's has to be up there, it seems like i've only seen her as town a couple of times recently. On the other hand i'm going thru a huge scum dry spell. only been nontown twice in the last nine nonths or so.
|
The irony of this post struck me since the last time you were scum you got taken out by our freaking teammate (who refused to listen to either one of us) due to a bus driver.

Good game from our specials, Adam and UT. You guys made great choices.
Gonzo, you played a great town game day 1, then you sort of seemed to back off. I think if you could have kept that going, you would have skated through to endgame easily.
Really enjoyed playing with the new people, thanks and I hope you play some more here. I think mixing with new players really makes the game more interesting and I learn new things, like lines of thought I hadn't considered before.
Oh and on the writeboard... I love how immediately diva and mantis beg Gonzo not to do any 'crazy stunts'
Please can someone give us a run down of a Gonzo-crazy-stunt from the past?

Re: Elder Futhark Mafia - Day 5
He fake claimed being a roleblocker under little pressure over at TR the game before this one. Then picked a fight with one of his fake blockees to the point she got godkilled, it unraveled quickly after that.

I've combined the gameday threads. I'm interested learn if you liked or disliked the one day per thread format, and anything else you would like to share about the game's design or moderation

Re: Elder Futhark Mafia - Day 1
I dug that the threads were separate during play, I have no problem with them being united for reference, that is a rather good idea.

That is a good idea for TR also.

Re: Elder Futhark Mafia - Day 1
I have mixed feelings about combining. But I probably refer back to old games more than most people, and I like to look at games day by day when reviewing.

I much prefer the one thread per day format, makes post finding and analysis easier. I'm ambivalent about the combining at the end. I rarely reread old threads to make a point in a current thread.

I do. remember Nightson's mafia game? I was able to find the post where megs said he had played scum on other sites. It helped get liv/megs lynched.

This.
.. Although I do occasionally go back to look for things in past games, but looking in a combined thread isn't a problem for me as I search old games based on key words and by author, rather than by day ... I don't often recall which particular day something happened or was said in past games, anyway. I actually find it easier/quicker to search a combined thread because of this.

I hadn't commented on design or moderation because I just enjoyed the game ... so I guess that speaks for itself.

I'm good either way but it is easier to search after the fact when they are combined.

I didn't think I was aggressive. Just got a bit frustrated in the middle when I really didn't have much of a clue and wanted to shake things up a bit.
I read the w/b...something I usually don't do. I actually think scum were very unlucky with how the bus driver/seer roles hurt them.

Looks like you were right about the mentor being able to win with town as well.

I totally didn't. I actually was deciding to view you or slim, and I chose poorly. Luckily, UT saved our asses on that one.
