Re: Is Ted Cruz a Cuban citizen?
Then I stand corrected. I apologize for my assumption. I am a former Republican, until I saw what Bush and Scott did to this state. I will vote either way if the candidate stands for my beliefs.
Like in this election, I only voted Dem because Romney was shite. I really wanted to vote Green. I still ended up with a warmonger.

Re: Is Ted Cruz a Cuban citizen?
Rafael Cruz has released an image of something purporting to be a "Certificate of Birth." He has not released:
As a natural-born Canadian citizen, Ted Cruz was issued a Canadian Social Insurance Number. He was born into socialism and collectivist health insurance. He may have also been issued Cuban papers. Was Rafael Cruz's birth directly financed by communism?

Re: Is Ted Cruz a Cuban citizen?
Rafael Eduardo Cruz has renounced publically his Canadian citizenship, but not officially so far as I know. He has yet to renounce his citizenship of the communist Republic of Cuba or his familial ties to the communist nation. Why us that? Could it be that Rafael Eduardo Cruz is now and has always been a member of the communist party in Cuba? These legitimate questions needing to be answered.
Also, can Rafael Eduardo Cruz prove his whereabouts when Glen Beck allegedly raped and killed a girl in 1990? Glen Beck has not pubically denied raping and killing a girl in 1990 nor exonerated Rafael Eduardo Cruz involvement. These are questions needing answers.

Re: Is Ted Cruz a Cuban citizen?
My word. I have lived in Tampa all of my life, but I frequent Miami to both visit family and on business. I have Cuban family members. I don't really give a flying fig about this. Are we gonna have to start digging bomb shelters again because of Cuba? No. They want our trade. The embargo needs to lift and diplomacy needs to be started once again.

Re: Is Ted Cruz a Cuban citizen?
Cuba, as you well know, is the unrepentant ally of our long time Communist enemy, the USSR, aka Russia - you know, the country on the wrong side of the Iron Curtain; that also held in captivity an entire half of a once proud and free German city, Berlin. You may think "big deal! russia is gone, berlin is unified again!" but that's just what the powers of Communism want you to believe. Once the world lets its guard down, Communisim will once again rise to prominence to oppose the NATO powers of freedom and liberty and try to oppress the world all over again. As long as hold-out bastions like Communist China, Communist North Korea, Communist Cuba exist, democracy and libertarian forms of government are in danger of being overthrown.

Ohmigawd! The Cold War II is reawakening. I am partly communist in my thinking. So is America. We have fulfilled some of the Communist Manifesto. Why trump up this fear mongering, I mean, REALLY?!?! So much war is being waged from within and you are trumping up fear if Cuba?

Re: Is Ted Cruz a Cuban citizen?
I have nothing against Cuban people, but that doesn't mean that Cuban citizens are eligible to be President of the United States. That just isn't in our Constitution. The Cuban people are proud and suffering under the a repressive regime - that's why I'm concerned that Rafael Cruz, the junior Senator from Texas, may belong to a communist-backed plot to hijack our democracy.
It would be so simple for him to resolve this conclusively, once and for all, but he hasn't done that. I don't understand why.

Re: Is Ted Cruz a Cuban citizen?
While we should obviously all be nice to Beth, we also need to be nice to the Constitution of the United States of America. Ted (not his real name) Cruz's failure to lay these fears to rest when he could easily do so creates, in my mind, reasonable doubt about whether or not he may have something to hide. That's something that I'm very concerned about, and I think a lot of Americans are going to be concerned about it too.

It raises several questions: did Ted Cruz choose a three-letter nickname for himself in order to demonstrate his solidarity with Third World Communism? Is he secretly an armed Communist guerrilla fighter?
America needs to know, but Ted Cruz is entirely silent on these troubling associations!

These are very troubling possibilities that I think "Ted" Cruz easily can and most certainly should clear up if he ever expects the American people to trust that he is not working with our enemies. I'm concerned, though, that you've overlooked one of the potential reasons that Cruz may have chosen to pay tribute to Che Guevara in this manner.
We know about the mysterious gap between the day "Ted" was supposedly born in Cuba and the day his Canadian birth certificate was supposedly issued, but we don't know why this discrepancy exists. It's not beyond the realm of possibility that this time gap was necessary to locate and enlist a surrogate father, Rafael Cruz Sr., to foster the biological legacy of Che Guevara. Is "Ted" Cruz the lovechild of Che Guevara? I don't think we have enough evidence to discount the possibility, and we'll never have that evidence unless it comes from Mr. Cruz himself. Why is he stonewalling?
Now, some might point out that Che Guevara died nearly three years before the day on which "Ted" Cruz maintains that he was born, but to them I say "Where is the evidence?" We have nothing but Mr. Cruz's own word to go on to establish that he was actually born on that day. Why does he not release the evidence that would put this speculation to bed, and firmly establish that he was not, in fact, born several years earlier than he has claimed for so long? What does he have to hide, that he goes to such lengths to fight this evidence coming to light?
These are scary possibilities, and I think America has the right to know.

You know, this is really thought-provoking, and it should give people cause to wonder whether it's worth taking the risk. I mean, we're talking about a man who said that "Our every action is a battle cry against imperialism, and a battle hymn for the people's unity against the great enemy of mankind: the United States of America" and "I am not Christ or a philanthropist, old lady, I am all the contrary of a Christ."
I just hope people consider their choices very carefully before inviting that kind of hateful and divisive invective, which is so foreign to the American tradition of democracy, in to the White House. And to make an informed choice, we need to have all of the information. Why is foreign-born Rafael Cruz hiding behind a false name and concealing this vital information from the American people?
