Approve The Complete Works of George Orwell

Now available on line.

Maybe old news to some, but not to me.

http://www.george-orwell.org/

Now I can fill in all the gaps in my Orwell reading, particularly the essays.

definatly an intersting find. I noticed the shakespear links on teh site... Ive always been meaning to read more of his stuff. but I alway seem to pass up the classic lit section and make a b line for sci fi.

I've never read 1984. I am rather engrossed after only Chapter 2.

Of the novels, only Keep the Aspidistra Flying has a happy ending.

Read the essays. Very interesting stuff.

Reading 1984 is always a good idea when the culture one lives in is involved in a war that has no perceivable end.
