Obviously, it was someone who doesn't know the definition of obojnak.

And another resident, councilor, and human who lives on this Earth, Hanna Jachimska, apparently blames Winnie's creator, Alan Alexander Milne: "This is very disturbing but can you imagine! The author was over 60 and cut his [Pooh's] testicles off with a razor blade because he had a problem with his identity."
I do NOT want to see the product line from this person's plush toy business.

Have we had the "Tickle Me Elmo" tester joke?
The one where the punchline is "No, I said give each one two test tickles!"

Yesterday local TV news had a feature along the lines of "Local runners reflect on Boston Marathon bombings" since jury selection started. We are not even remotely near Boston.
Turns out most local runners thought the Boston Marathon bombings were bad.
I am not sure what I just read there. Apparently two people in a Manhattan spin class try to get there early enough to get bikes in the front so they don't have to watch other people spin.
Speaker John A. Boehner went to great lengths on Wednesday to get his message across on funding the Department of Homeland Security, urging Senate Democrats to “get off their ass and do something.”
...
“We know Speaker Boehner is frustrated,” said Adam Jentleson, Mr. Reid’s spokesman, “but cursing is not going to resolve the squabbling among Republicans that led to this impasse.”
I guess this is an improvement over pictures of Harry Reid's eye injury.

The protagonist is a fun-loving guy whose wife didn't want to go anywhere because they had a toddler - see, it is a story about a family going on vacation that regular families can relate to - and how he saved his family and saved some money in the process:
Quote:
The yacht, called Impulsive, usually charters for around $100,000 a week plus expenses like food, fuel and gratuities for the crew. That can add another 20 to 30 percent or more to the bill, depending on destination. Mr. Rosenfeld would not specify the price, but he said because it was just four days in the yacht’s off-season, he paid less than half of that.
WHAT A GREAT IDEA! But this is more than just a fluffy travel piece, it's also speaks to some serious issues about the pros and cons of literally buying a yacht versus just chartering one.
Quote:
He said one downside of not owning a big boat was the loss of spontaneity. “You can’t say to your buddy, ‘What are you doing next weekend? You want to fly down to Miami and go fishing?’” he said.
But what is gained is flexibility. Mr. Allen said he was chartering a yacht next month to go around Turks and Caicos; a month after that, he has another one chartered in Croatia.
