bey, I wasn't using that as a defense, just trying to save trillian the research effort.
One thing that occurred to me, and might help prevent me from getting lynched while I'm out to lunch in a minute here: TomJoe and, especially, Clutch were trying to drum up enthusiasm for lynching me from day one, on the grounds that I either had it coming, or would be dangerous due to my performance last game. This is, in fact, one of the few common factors I can see that may have led liv to investigate them. If I get lynched, and am subsequently found to be innocent, I'd look at other people who accused me early and often. Off the top of my head, that makes me think Legs.

No vote on the first day, the second day she votes for capp (2nd or thind, I think. I didn't write it down). Third day she was the fifth voter for Joshua Adams. She voted for clutch (can't really count this since liv outed him) on the fourth day, she was the third vote on TomJoe on the fifth day, the fourth vote for Slim on the sixth day.
That, and Adam has voted for her twice and unvoted. (day 2 and day 6)
Then again, both Clutch and TomJoe voted for adam and then unvoted him. Edit: Argh, Adam beat me to this point.

I don't like to bandwagon.....but usually by the time I get on-line there aer already votes for who I wanted to vote for. It's a case of damed if you do damed if you don't.

Well may have overanalyzed this but here goes. I think it is possible that Adam and Minus are working together. Either one or the other is mafia. I was inclined to go with minus today but I can also see the case against Adam. If this is true, then it may get me killed tonight (but now that I've said that they may think twice!)
What confused me is that in his defense of himself, he implicates 2 players who I am almost certain are townies (Legs and Julie). So if he ends up mafia does that mean that we should clear these 2 players as townies, or is that what he wants us to do knowing he is going to get lynched?
I think the voting against each other in the beginning when it wasnt dangerous is something mafia are willing to do and does not indicate innocence. Sometimes 2 players who are too antagonistic to each other is a good mafia tell (though that is not what happened in this case).
The recent surge in violent crime had everyone on edge. There was blood on everyone's hands, and much of it the blood of innocent men and women. Still, in the minds of most of the town there was no turning back now. With the brash execution of slimshady2357, everyone agreed that something still had to be done to rid the town of the Tribiani scourge.
Once again, rumors of who might be the traitor in their midst began to circulate, and once again the the citizens' blood rose with the setting of the sun. The emergency town hall had been cancelled early in the day, but one man didn't get the memo. As he walked toward the usual meeting place a white van pulled up alongside him and slowed. The side door slid open and three men jumped out, grabbing him and dragging him inside.
Most of his remains were found years later, scattered throughout the Western forest.
When Adam didn't come home by morning, Buckles left the house in search of food. It was a stroke of good luck that he'd finished the last of his antibiotic medication the day before and was on the road to full recovery from his mysterious illness. He found a fleshy morsel in the park near the Western forest, but after batting it around and nibbling at it a bit he found it oddly unnappealing.
On the other side of the park he found a truck on which he could hitch a ride to town. The Jersey City alleyways were an abudant source of leftovers and waste from restaurants and grocers. After devouring a human-sized helping of broiled Tilapia, Buckles began to sniff around for dessert. Catching a whiff of something behind a stack of garbage bags, he pounced and knocked one of the bags off the stack.
What he found wasn't a sweet treat, but the body of a woman bound and gagged, staring wide-eyed into the abyss. A slow trickle of blood dribbled from around an ice pick stuck in her throat.
OK. This is it townies. No one jump the gun or the game is over.
We do know now that it was the vigilante that was converted (I kinda hoped that would have been Adam). Since the roles are not divulged as to who was converted post lynching, do we know the order of liv's viewings? (ok ok I'll go look myself) Could it have been Clutch or TomJoe who was converted? If not, I am going to look for anyone that is left that gave off a vigilante tell earlier in the game.
I think I am expected to go for minus since I am alive, but that makes me think minus is townie (unless that is what the mafia wanted us to think!). And I think Smilin is townie too. So that leaves Julie and Beyelzu to check out for me - and minus as a third choice. Two of those are working together so we have a good chance of getting at least one today.
Please give all your suspicions, no matter how small they seem. We need everything or it is game over.
My gut hunch is beyelzu was the vigilante that was converted. Why? He has experience with the game, has been quite active in the game and would have been a great mob recruit.
I think trillian is a townie, but why would the mafia kill legs instead of her is what I'm puzzled about?????
One by one the townsfolk dropped, until the town came under the full control of the Tribiani family. Trillian and the former vigilante Beyelzu celebrated with a drink at the graves of TomJoe and Clutch Munny Tribiani.
Unlike the good citizens, Buckles the cat lived happily ever after.
