What to do when you're bored, specifically at this time, bored and at work.

I surf the net when I'm bored at work. I always find something interesting on the net.

When I'm bored, I read. Boss has said that was fine in the past. Currently working on Steinbeck's The Winter of Our Discontent. Well, that and stuffing envelopes.

Actually I do have an abstract binder clip sculpture in my cube. It is limited by my low supply of binder clips, though.

Since I work at a theater, I make straw sculptures and jewelry.

I exchange insults almost daily with my best friend, who also works in the East Bay, for 10-30 minutes of boredom alleviation. The rest of the time I spend here. Lately, although it's hard to get bored when you're busy, I've been doing my best to set aside some quality boredom time.

Rearranging the piles of folders on my desk is a good way to pass the time. Making new folders, putting papers in them. And then there is the putting of the folders away in the filing cabinet.
