CNN.com sez "President Obama is expected to make a statement tentatively at 10:30 p.m., the White House said." C-SPAN is saying 10:4510:50 now.
Late timing makes me suspect escalation of war #3. Hooray.

BBC said the same thing, and specified drone, but that seems weird to me because Islamabad is pretty far from the tribal areas. They also said "mansion outside of Islamabad" which sounds an awful lot like "more than a few people knew he was there."
