Last night, we had spaghetti with sausages and a tomato and eggplant sauce I keep messing around with. It's pretty good, but not quite there yet.

Tonight, I don't know. We have some broccoli and some brussels sprouts I have to use soon. Maybe I'll just boil them both for a really long time and make a kind of watery green mush.

I haven't decided. $1 says I put some turkey and mozzarella on Triscuits and call it a day.

Yeah, it does. So much that I actually put Triscuits, turkey and mozarella on my grocery list right after posting it.

Brown rice salad with soy sauce and olive oil glazed chicken, peas, corn, black beans, chopped parlsey, and this killer dressing made with chicken broth, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, 3 of lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt & pepper.

Fresh and delicious. :pleased:

Garlic flatbread with garlic chicken, fresh tomatoes and basil, pancetta and feta. Oh and caramelized onions. I know it sounds gross but it's seriously GOOOOOOD.
