Surely, if those gun-loving neo-Nazi fucks are guilty of anything, it is loving America too much. Oh, and murder. Thank God and Joe Arpaio that the Second Amendment continues to safeguard white Liberty against her diverse enemies, amirite.

In conjunction with Obama attacking a state for not allowing non-citizens to vote.

It is all fun and games until non-citizens vote your property tax up for their freebees.

Can any one of you explain why you would want a non-citizen to negate your vote?

While the Justice Department notes that states can legally remove non-eligible voters from their lists, the letter Monday argues that the Florida program does not comply with legal standards, has "critical imperfections, which lead to errors that harm and confuse eligible voters."
The letter states that the Florida program improperly uses the information collected from old driver's license applications.

So, if their program complies with legal standards, they are free to review voter eligibility and remove ineligible voters all they want.

Er ... It's not non-citizen voters that are being defended, it is genuine citizens' right to vote which the Justice department is defending against Florida State's illegal attack.

"The [old driver's license applications] information is often going to be outdated, as a number of persons will subsequently have become citizens and lawfully registered to vote," Perez wrote.

So Jerry, why would you want to just let the State of Florida remove your right to vote?

I trust state government more than that. They can tell the difference between an actual citizen and an illegal alien; after all, they have an incentive to make sure that only real citizens vote.

The back story on this is the State asked the Feds for assistance in removing non-citizen from its voter rolls. The response from the Feds was to threaten the State.

Yeah and the response from the counties was to tell the state of Florida to go fuck themselves because they removed actual citizens from the rolls. So counties = more local, so they are more righter, right?

Re: Arizona: Fuckin' Mexicans, how do they work?
The purge is intimidating to eligible Latino voters. The scrutiny is meant to dampen their influence in the election. Thousands of "suspected" ineligible voters, many if not most of them citizens, were sent demands for proof of citizenship based only on the ethnicity of their names. Why are they harassing citizens, now? Shouldn't this be an ongoing process all year, shouldn't all registrations be reviewed when they are completed? 60% of Florida's list are Latino yet only 16% of the state's voting population is Latino. That sounds like discrimination, huh? 5 of Florida counties are under special regulation of the act, so any and all changes in voter processes must be approved by the Federal government, and this was not done either. Because of this, the Feds probably could make a case for violations of the Voters Rights Act, however they've only focused on violations of the Voter Registration Act.
The Voter Registration Act bars removal of voters within 90 days of a federal election. FL has a Congressional primary in August, so their voter purge should have been completed by May.

Could you please explain why the Feds refuse to give the correct information to the State?

An initial comparison of driver’s license records with voter registration records turned up as many as 182,000 registered voters who may not be U.S. citizens.
But state officials did not release that list and instead sought access to a federal immigration database to verify the matches. That request so far has been turned down by Homeland Security.
|
Why is Obama blocking the checking of 182,000 non-citizens?

Re: Arizona: Fuckin' Mexicans, how do they work?
Obama is not the DoJ. That being said, FL knows and admits that it doesn't have the data needed to compare driver's licenses against the immigration databases. It takes more than a name and a birth date.

Homeland security, by either way, he is both.
People that don't understand the basic formation of government should have less a right to vote than non-citizens.
