It only counts if he laid his hand on their forehead.
Anyway, it's an age-old thing at revival meetings. Worry about it if they start crawling around on the floor barking like dogs, or lay there going into convulsions. That would indicate a definite charisma overdose.
Never mind any speaking in tongues--that is de rigeur for political campaigns.
