I find
packages.gentoo.org more useful, since it lists more popular programs and gives you a better idea of how stable they are. If there's a "standard" open-source something or other it'll be in there. Doesn't have everything, but in this case a search for "web editor" got exactly one hit --
Nvu, an open-source editor like dreamweaver for mac, linux, and windows. Haven't used it, myself, I edit webpages in rawtext, but it looks promising.
