kitteh!
Post pics or retract!
I've been itching to get an animal companion. As much as I like the idea of getting a dog I think a cat is more my lifestyle - as in, it's more likely to be more independent seeing as I'm not home for 10 hours out of the day (though, my roommate is). The thing that's acting as a big blockade now, though, is the amount of dangling wires and assorted cables in certain rooms. And the leather furniture.Posted 02-07-2008 at 02:55 PM by BrotherMan -

Being truthful
Allan, just by being Allan, made a positive impact on my world and that of many others who encountered him. You do him proud with the way you're dealing with his death. I'm sure Allan would've wanted his situation to lead to people changing their minds and their ways.

Thanksgiving *warning--lonely whining*
There is no statute of limitations on grieving. One day you'll move on, but not as a conscious decision and carrying the experience and his memory with you. The other things may or may not happen, but don't feel obligated to force them. You, affected as you are by your time with Alan, are the memorial that counts the most.Posted 11-29-2007 at 11:02 AM by Brimshack -

If you ever want to get out and walk, let me know. Sometimes moving helps me process thoughts that I can't otherwise when I'm working on a project. I know you won't believe it, but I can actually be quiet sometimes.Posted 11-26-2007 at 03:27 AM by wildernesse -

I'm so sorry, Jessie. I'll just second what Tom said, and add that you should see someone about the depression, as understandable as it is.
I'm always here, doll. Happy Thanksgiving.Posted 11-23-2007 at 05:42 AM by Anastasia Beaverhausen -

Aw, Jess. Sorry to be cheesy, but whatever the so-called statute of limitations on grieving I believe you'll always hold a special place in your heart for Allan, and there's nothing wrong with that.
Happy Thanksgiving.Posted 11-22-2007 at 11:56 PM by viscousmemories
