..Or how I decided to take up soccer 15 years and 85 lbs later.

Man, my shins are killing me! It's been so long since I've been up and running about that I almost..can't. Every time my foot strikes the ground while chasing an errant soccer ball, a shooting pain runs right up the front of my shin. Ouchies. Nothing an Advil and an Epsom salt soak couldn't cure, though.

I'd forgotten just how much fun organized sports could be, though. For you see I love playing soccer...

More recipe goodness!

IN a never ending attempt to cut meat out of my diet, I'm willing to try anything soy based at least once. So I picked up some tempeh last night from the farmers' market, I've never had it before. So while looking for recipes, I came across the following:
Tempeh in Coconut Sauce
Total servings: 4

Recipe ingredients

150 g tempeh, sliced
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
2 cups coconut milk
2 Tbs oil
