Guaranteed response times, sure. But if you'll check the terms in Annexure B(44) to Schedule 18 of your SLA, you'll see that response quality cannot be guaranteed. Thus:

Theanks to Chuck, Maturin, Crumb, JoeP, peacegirl, and anyone else I might havce missed, whoevcer you are, for your help and patience in these difficult times. Although I’ve never met you, I somehow feel we all know each other from another life. Perhaps we were all Jews together during the Holocaust. I know that Lessans had some remarks about that. Although I wouldn’t exactly compare this recent missing-post crisis to the Holocaust, it has been a fraught occasion nontheless. Hopefully the storm clouds have now passed.

Based on the history of the world, nothing is going to work.

This does not mean we should stop trying.

In reality, the vast majority of people don't kill others, or deliberately injure them. Or wish others death and misery.

OK unless they are part of a certain religion, but other than that, most people just don't shed blood. I certainly don't. Neither does anybody I know. You don't either.

It's helpful to remember the positive.

It’s not just about religious hatred. The number of prisons tell a different story.
