Won't happen. Even a demoralized Democratic party would do whatever they could to stop that.... and they DO still have enough people in the Senate for a fillabuster.

The two aren't mutually exclusive... I can encourage the democrats to fillabuster and attack any legislation the Shrub pushes forward and still be hopeful both that they'll do it and that it'll work. ;)
