Not the same photons Spacemonkey. Photons at the retina are not the same photons that are at the Sun. You have misunderstood me all this time?
But this does not change the fact that what we are seeing is a mirror image of the object. We are not getting blue photons before red, although it's completely logical in the afferent account.
