How does Ari pointing out that the prison-industrial complex is massively biased against black men in particular demonstrate his holding "[t]he belief that all members of each race possess characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races"? Are you counting "being discriminated against by the prison-industrial complex" as a "characteristic, ability, or quality"?
