Certainly, any loving and well meaning interpretation of the scripture backs that up. But many of the more cultish denominations and hard core communities - like the one the Duggars subscribe to - will still blame if not ostracize the wife and mother. Single mothers, even if fully justified biblically are anathema to that crowd. Anna Duggar said she partly blames herself even though she did make herself available, so it's not much of a stretch to think other people in that circle think along similar lines. Publicly at least it looks like the Duggars are circling around their son and not their daughter in law. I'm not saying she's right and you're wrong - without more information (information I honestly don't want in the public space) - all of this is speculation based on what we do know of the Quiverfull nonsense.
