Getting back to the original thought

There are three main points in that seemingly simple thought.

"it's natural"

"to persuade others"

"your way of thinking"

The main failing is "others", which just isn't so. If it was "family, especially your children", then I would agree. But not "others", that's not natural at all. The farther removed the "others" are from your culture, the more un-natural it becomes. It's either religion, a Xerxes or Ghengis Khan, or Mao or Stalin level "persuasion", or just fucking crazy to go around trying to "persuade others to think as you do".

In fact I don't think it's even possible to get others to think as you do.

Now if it's beliefs, especially bizarre and false beliefs, that also is more understandable, but that also falls into the same category of an un-natural state.

Imagine two tribes meeting, and one of them wants the other tribe to all believe the same stupid shit they do. That's not only un-natural, it's impossible.

Sure with enough "persuasion" you might get them all to pat lip service to your Gods and beliefs, but now we are right back to religion.

Anyhow, none of this really matters, not even in the slightest, and I 100% don't expect anyone to agree with it, and I sure the fuck don't want to try and persuade you to believe it. In fact, if everyone agreed and said "That is all so true", I wouldn't believe it for a moment.
