A Japanese style of breadcrumb. More like small flakes than crumbs. Makes for a nice light and crispy crumb coating, definitely recommend if you can find some.
ETA a *piping* bag is a squeezable bag with nozzle for applying things like decorative frosting. What do you call those in the States? |
