Re: Somebody just tried to assassinate Trump
He supposedly gave all of $15 through ActBlue to something, once, when he was 17, then registered as a Republican several months later and has stayed as such for a few years.
So you're already distorting things when you say "causes" plural.
Which is, of course ,the point. Milking it for all its worth means doing such distortions, where someone there's no evidence of being liberal except for $15 donated once means more than party registration (that came later) and interviews with people who knew him.
The honest thing (for now) would be to say that there's more evidence of him being a conservative than of him being a liberal and he likely had strange politics in general, and there's no reason to think he was inspired by Joe Biden.
But that's not what your party is going to do, and it's not what you're going to do either, as you've consistently shown that you don't particularly care about factual accuracy.
The same people who claim that we shouldn't politicize things when a gunman with an AR-15 shoots a bunch of elementary school children or a nightclub full of people are going to politicize the hell out of this.
But it might get it through your skulls that maybe it would've been good if police were allowed to see someone walking around with an AR-15 and arrest them without needing to wait for them to aim or fire.
