Walmart, caved to christian pressure? Hahaha, you really are living in a different world. You do know that Walmart is rather christian and right wing oriented don't you?

You want to know why I "run away" from your posts? It's because you're
boring. You're the Monarch of the Micro-Point, the Nabob of the Nitpick.

OK, I'll answer you're REAL BIG POINT: "Happy Holidays" is a pee see invention that deletes the word "Christmas" from commercial references during a season when 99% of what's happening is people who celebrate Christmas are buying Christmas presents. It is part and parcel of the general effort to expunge Christianity from the public square, and is one item on a long list of efforts by the anti-Christian elite, including confiscating children's religious drawings in government schools, forbidding people to say "Merry Christmas" in a government building, forbidding students to say prayers in school assemblies or at sporting events, forbidding christian students who pay college activity fees to form student groups on the same basis as other groups - on and on.
A whole group of long-standing references to Christmas in commerce, e.g. Christmas trees, Christmas presents, Christmas parties, Christmas cards, Christmas sales, Christmas songs, Christmas dinner, etc, was expunged from the language seemingly overnight, with the incredible excuse that it was to prevent tiny minorities who might be in the store from being "offended". I never heard any such minority claim to be offended, I mean average people, not an ideological spokesman with an agenda. As for Walmart, you're wrong - as I said (and you apparently didn't read) Walmart had all the pee see garbage before complaints, and still has some.
The liberal elite has come to hate Christians because they see the religion as a competitor for peoples' loyalties - they are aware of the growing political power of christian groups. Like the roman emperors, Marx, and every power hungry dictator, they (properly) see them as the enemy, and want to reduce them to much the same status as was true in the soviet union and china now - something you would never hear about or think about unless you went to a religious service.
Now, blink twice if you understood anything I said.
