You have poor reading skills. You also never said the post I just quoted was yours, it is assumed unless you cite a source. If you don't cite a source (especially with copyrighted material) and you use the material it is Plagiarism. Doing so can put the forum owners in jeopardy of being sued.
Everyone slips up every once in awhile and I doubt the Vegetarian site will sue but maybe next time you can cite your source, especially when it makes up your entire post.
