yes it would. im not saying you have free speech without consequence in the 'real' world. i was mostly talking online. that said, you still have the freedom to say that, just as you are free to suffer the consequences. maybe you should say something more constructive. why dont you yell at your neighbours who implement all the nasty deeds people like bush get credit for. maybe you wont go to jail...
