989,621 Yesterday Widget fired Crazy Louie, one of our employees. Crazy Louie was obnoxious & loud, argued with his supervisors, would not follow simple directions - because he had 'a better way'.
He was written up for spouting racial slurs a while back (which we do not tolerate) and a few weeks ago he
was sort of caught stealing, but we didn't have proof Proof.
Anyway, yesterday he refused to do something his supervisor asked him to do and Widget gave him his third written warning. Crazy Louie then threatened to 'take care of him' and Widget fired him.
He told some guys from neighbouring business that he would be back today.
Funny, last night I told horse girl that we had to fire someone at the office, and she said 'that guy that looks like he came out of a dumpster?'
that's exactly what Crazy Louie looks like.
