Re: cilantro?
I like it. I don't get the hate either; while it's not my favorite (garlic! garlic! garlic!), I do eat it. A local restaurant makes this orgasmic white chili; they use white beans, chicken, cilantro, and those flavored tortilla strips. It's served with a little cup-thing of sour cream on the side.
