Is cilantro often called lemongrass on Asian restaurant menus?

I do notice a distinct "lemon-scented lysol"-type flavor in foods with "lemongrass".

I *love* Mexican food from all sorts of restaurants, so odds are I've had plenty of food with cilantro in it and loved it. So I'm not exactly sure what cilantro tastes like.

But I had some "fajita pizza" from Papa John's like, last week and the sauce was horrible. That might have been due to too much cilantro... Not sure. It wasn't good tho. To be safe, I would recommend that cilantro-haters avoid that pizza like the plague.
