At this point, TomJoe could be mafia as easily as the rest of us. But, if he is a townie, and he railroaded another one of us, he will get lynched tomorrow under serious suspicion. By some chance, if he doesn't get lynched tomorrow, who's to say I'm not the next innocent that gets railroaded by him.
