I've had a small 5 L can full of petrol sitting in the boot of my car for the last two years (I refill of course
). Hasn't exploded yet! Petrol really isn't all that volatile as far as combustibles go. I mean really, there isn't anything special about the housing of the petrol in your fuel tank.
How come you're so anti-homeless people anyway? You said you didnt' want to talk about it here, but it's strange that you so strictly limit your charity to people who have ran out of gas. Suggesting that you'll carry a handgun in order to facilitate this, I can't help but find hilarious
