Default Re: Countdown from one million thread

You know, it seems to upset people when I don't get upset with them. I thought that the whole reason that I went on Prozac was so that I didn't get upset over every little trivial thing. :stwitch:

I say this because it's the same way at work. Our showroom just this week moved off site and yes, it's a complete cluster fuck, but bitching and whining about it, working yourself up into a tizzy, isn't going to solve anything. You just have to take it one thing at a time and work with it. (I de-cootied that smilie, no worries :giggle:) Well, everyone at work is in a tizzy over all the problems and what makes no sense to me is that most of the stuff that individual people are upset about has nothing to do with them and doesn't affect them in the slightest. :wha:

I walked into the office this morning and everone's chests were already puffed out, everyone talking at once, everyone has "The Answers", blah blah blah. I just went about business as usual... hung my coat up, got my tea, booted my puter up and went to work. Well, apparently, that's not what I was supposed to do. :stwitch: My boss (not the owner) walked up to me after a bit and started going on about something that I literally know NOTHING about. Which I eventually told her. Once she back tracked and explained it to me, it became apparent that she was going on about something that, yes, will affect me, and apparently I was supposed to get upset about it. I bursted out laughing. She looked at me :eh?: and walked away. :foocl:
