We are supposed to care because she has money, and a TV show where she acts like a dumbass and mocks people who aren't as lucky as here. She is a role model.
I kinda feel sorry for her, I doubt she realizes that most people spend their time laughing at her not with her. An airhead with money is still an airhead.
