Re: dont microwave eggs
My recipe is simple and fast. Melt teaspoon of butter in microwave safe dish. (12 seconds)
Three eggs added to that, scramble them, add a little milk. Stir.
Microwave 85 seconds. Stir. Microwave another 45 to 65 seconds, stir. Pour on plate, microwave another 30 seconds.
Serve.
The only downside is the baked on egg is harder than hell to clean off the dish.
