Though I am a bit

at Nightson for voting without explaining, he does seem to be searching for the Nazgul in our midst. As I read that early post I simply took it as good speculation on who could or could not be desirous of the power of either the mayorship or, Illuvatar help us, the Ring. I admit to having my own speculations and suspicions of him, which I voiced in as gentle a manner as I could.
What does Kael gain by having sought to see beneath Nightson's glimmer? He has now made both himself and Nightson a target for the darkness which we fight. Who might he be if he is a traitor to the Fellowship?
The creature Gollum who would seek the Ring, not to rule but simply to have for all time?
The wizard of Isengard who seeks knowledge and order over all of Middle Earth?
The warrior Boromir who would use the Ring to defeat He Who Shan't Be Named? But need I tell anyone the fate of any Man who holds the Ring for any time.
None of which seem to apply to Kael or Nightson at this time.
This is, I should point out, assuming that the Nazgul itself wouldn't want to trick us Hobbits into electing it our leader for a bit of double dipping in our pockets.
