I actually did something quite like this not long ago, except I scrambled the eggs and poured them through the bacon. It wasn't that big, though. 6 slices of bacon, one decent sized potato, 3 eggs (two with the yolks removed before I mixed them up), and a pair of chopped jalapenos.
Holy shit it was good. I may do it again.
I wouldn't advise it for most, though. I am actually in the process of trying to
gain weight (5'9", 144 is not exactly where I want to be) and along with a rather normal diet, I have one meal a day that is intentionally loaded with some absurd amount of protein, fat and calories in general (stuff like this, basically, as well as my usual addiction to steak sandwiches.)
