For this one, white can play 3. Ne7+ instead of 3. Ne5+ and I don't see how black can force a quick checkmate after that.
The solution given was
1. ... Bb3
2. Nxf7 Nd3
3. Ne5+ Rxe5
4. g4/g3/h4/h3 Re1#
