Also, yeah, probably. I have no idea of the whole process, it's just a cabbage product that is pretty good. You're probably better off just buying some kimchi. You can use it to make
kimchijeon which are pretty easy to make. Apparently frequently uses napa cabbage kimchi specifically.
In Sweden they make cabbage rolls too. They call them kåldolmar (cabbage dolma).
