I did reset his password, but haven't asked him those other things yet, so I'll have him do that when he comes back upstairs. There's no way he's not using https:, but I'm glad drusus isn't around anymore so I can openly admit I forgot to ask him to clear his cache.
OK. I also didn't think to log in as him from my computer, but I just tried it, and that worked. (I know his password cause I changed it). So cache and cookie clearing should definitely work.
