John RK Howard stood accused of jumping on his black victim and inserting a coat-hanger into his rectum. It isn't clear from the report whether the prosecution considers the alleged victim to have made up the story with the coat-hanger, but what is clear is that (deputy attorney general) Casey Hemmer has contrived not to have the evidence tested in court.

Is he the best prosecutor that white money can buy?
